If you look closely at my avatar, you'll see that I used to have them on my C180.
Looked ok on a silver car IMO

except I didn't screw them in tight enough so now my alarm is going off constantly because of wind getting in the boot, at least I think that's what's wrong. I'll tighten them tomorrow. I know a lot of people wouldn't like em, but it makes the car look different, gives it an edge, makes it stand out, and that's exactly what I'm going for. I'm an attention seeker.

Whatever u do do not tighten the lenses too much in case the plastic cracks or breaks around the screw housing arera - (this often is a problem with non OEM lights/lenses...)

It's either risk it, or have my freaking alarm go off every 10 minutes. :\ I tightened them again today, didn't do a very good job last time. Went to Focus to try and find a nut that I lost whilst putting the new lenses in and to no avail.

Hopefully I've fixed the problem. If I haven't, I'll be very pissed off.

I have mine on a silver w202. I have got a set of silvervisions, but how have you dealt with the brake light red lens?
