W202 wiper adjustment?

So my wiper seems to go to far when on the return wipe. How can i adjust the wiper sweep?

Is the wiper blade hitting the bottom of the windscreen?
Or
Is the wiper blade extending out too far (not retracting) and striking the driver side A pillar?
