I'm about to buy a 2001 C220 Cdi, I've tried it and the car drives very nice, I've checked all the invoices and one of them shows a £300 remap, for a C220 it has a decent boost, however I'm concerned about a noise coming from the turbo, and I'm seriously thinking in not proceeding with the purchase before I confirm what it really is, but I think that the turbo is suffering.
I would like to know your opinion based on this video, this is not a video taken from another user, it's really the car that I tried at the dealer:
