w203 220cdi not start

I've got a 2001 C-Class W203 220 CDi


after a short circuit on the battery
which caused damage to ECU and SAM
I buy these two parts i adapt the ECU to the car from the original ecu


I replaced it but the engine is not running with the key
dashboard ok
I verified the cicuit startup relay K46 + K79 + K4

i start the engine directley from the starter
engine cranks but not starts

Check fuse 52

In fact check all the fuses

All fuse is ok

Use MB STAR to clear the codes and make the new ECU adaptations.

P0600 is the PCM if there's no power to it it wont start.

maybe this is the problem
