Since getting my C180k coupe I've been looking into a Bluetooth solution.
I tried the below item from Amazon.

It worked great, decent quality audio for music and phone, just select AUX and away you go.
The first issue I had was the unit was permanently live, this was a minor pain remembering to disconnect after leaving the car aside from that no other problems. Then after 1 month the Bluetooth ceased to exist, the unit was flashing so had power but no phones could fine it.
I returned to Amazon for a refund, such a shame as it was a really good solution.
I've looked into the Android units on eBay and Amazon all seem a good price but I have no long-term reviews to see longevity of the units, I'm also not keen on the look of the units.
I did consider a brand name and a faceplate adapter but again looks aren't great and big screens attract the wrong attention, my wife parks in the city centre so I don't want her to come back to a smashed window and half the dash destroyed by some opportunist thief.
So in an attempt to find a solution I've ordered this from eBay.
