New to the forum.

Just bought a 2001 C320 saloon and have noticed the drivers door upper rubber seal is missing.

Does anyone know where I can source one?

Hi and welcome.

New - you need to get one from the stealers (dealer)
Used - try ebay or places like dronsfields, but bear in mind used may not be in as good a condition as you'd like.
