w203 Facelift Bumpers

Hi,
Just need to confirm my thoughts really. I got a C220 Cdi 2003 with a few scrapes on bumpers. Rather than re paint them I am leaning towards picking up a pair of facelift ones.

Is it a simple straight swap ???
