W203 polly bushes

I don't know of anyone that does a full kit. But try Hedgehog-Motorsport (Far East), very possible they do now as they originally started off doing kits for the W201 and progressed to the W202 and some W202 bushes are interchangeable with the W203. Also search the U.S..

Fitting poly bushes will allow lots of noise and vibration into the cabin.

They are great on track/race cars, keeping the suspension tightly under control but on a standard road car the negatives far outweigh the positives IMHO.

Replace with OEM rubber bushes, after all they lasted 14yrs!

I am aware of that cons my in the area I live the roads are all twistys and I'm after a sharper response to enjoy them
I also intend to lower by 25-35mm and ploy bushes will cope with the articulation better

I fitted Bilstein coil-overs to my S203 and lowered by 30mm (avantgarde plus Sports pack is already lowered 20mm). Handling was superb, sharp turn-in and vastly better controlled bump rebound. All on OEM rubber bushes.

I fitted poly bushes and rose-jointed suspension arms to my HSR and vowed never to go that route again on a road car....

Ahh thanks my c class is avantgarde but not sport pack where can I find the parts

Can anyone tell me what defines sport pack or how you can tell. My S203 has big brakes and wheels and does seem very low.
Sorry to bump the thread.
I wouldn't stray from standard either and although rose joints get used on racing cars they do get knocked out quickly as something has to give! As previously said the OE bushes did well so renewing them will make it feel like new again. I find my car steers brilliantly and drives straight .

My S203 was an avantgarde with sportpack and the obvious difference was the front brake rotors. They were vented & cross drilled and nearly filled the inside of the standard adharaz 17" rims.

That's what I have then , thought it was low.
What I would say to Lego nutter is despite it being wonderful on the motorway and smooth A roads, the bumpy Devon roads are better suited to a longer travel suspension as it does bump steer a bit and it's actually hard to stay in your seat sometimes! Having said that it looks lovely with the arches filled out and is great around roundabouts.

My experience exactly, hard sometimes to hit the right button on the radio!

All changed though on fitting coil-overs. Compression and rebound much better controlled. The MB set-up is far to reactive, easily throwing the car off line, especially on mid-corner bumps. The Bilsteins transformed the car!

Thanks for that Whitenenesis , sounds like a great investment as the chassis of the car is lovely and balanced. I so like the feel of it now I'm used to it.

I can help if you require a set of coil overs.
If he has fitted poly bushes all round he'll need a neck brace IME;)
