At 10 years and 80k miles, I feel like my shocks are past it. I find the rear especially bouncy and unsettled.

Where is the best place to source shocks for my c270? Looking around the internet there are various options from kyb, Sachs and others.

Is there anything else I ought to be looking to do at the same time? I'm considering something like Eibach springs to freshen up the drive a little (its hard coming from an RS Clio to something like the merc!).

Primarily, I just want to get it driving like it should, though.

If you want to return it to driving as it was designed to then the only place to source shocks and springs is MB.
If you want to make the handling more sporty look at swapping in some coil-overs, Bilstein b4 come highly recommended. Olly down at PCS is your man ;)

Olly fitted two rear MB shocks to my W203 and she's a joy to drive again.
