When I get on a dual and get up to 60 mph I get a vibration/juddering. Gets me thinking flat tyre, sometime Tyre pressure check warning up, when I check everything is OK, I then start off again and everything is OK. Can someone let me know how to solve this issue, is it a sensor

Buckled wheel caused by a pot hole ?
Or a bleb on the inside tyre wall ?

No its none of those, plus the last couple times it happened I stopped, then restarted and did 260 miles plus, smooth all the way

Does it only happen at the start of the drive when the tyres are cold and before their pressures increase as they warm up ?

Yes at the start of a drive if I am doing above 50, I got to work every day 50 mph and everything is OK but get on dual and increase speed it starts, like I said pull over cheack wheels get back in drive off its fine

Maybe pump the tyre pressure up to the maximum allowed and reset the tyre pressure monitor as a test to see if that helps .
If not and it’s something that goes after a while , what about gearbox oil level ? When the fluid warms up and the volume increases it then works correctly?

This sounds like classic "front wheels need balancing". My CL500 is the same and I need to take it in to a tyre shop and get them both balanced. A simple confirmation test - does the vibration go away when you speed up to say 70? If yes then it's likely the balance. It does go after a while with tyre wear of if the weights drop off. Of course it could be more serious like a bent rim but tyre balancing is cheap and they will spot a bent rim. Rear wheels also go out of balance but you won't notice that so much through the steering wheel. Not urgent to fix but it will reduce the life of the wheel bearings and track rods etc.. if left.

But why does the vibration go away when he starts his journey after stopping ?

It only happens when I go on the dual carraigeway once I stop and check I can do 70,60,and 50 in never appears again, I could then drive local for a week anything up to 50 60 short burst its fine. Every now and then and not all the time get tyre inflation warning.
