W204 c class tourer

Hi guys, my name is rich and I have a on going problem with my c class mercedes c220 diesel .
The problem I have is a misfire / stutter . The diagnostic fault code is 211271 =The throttle valve is jammed closed .the actuator is blocked.
The garage that I bought the car from has changed the throttle valve ,actuator and fuel filter .
But the problem has returned . Had another garage has taken a look at the car they reprogrammed the throttle body learn . But the problem has returned once again.
Please can any one help .

Cracked head?

I had this, went round the houses forever and that's what it turned out to be. Rare, but true.... Apparently due to a previous (unknown) overheat.

Get a compression test done.

Havant lost any coolant . Did you have that fault code as well ?
