W204 front door card removal

Hi peeps, anyone know how to remove the front door card on my 204.
I've looked for a video on YouTube but can only find one for the rear door, or a 203 front door.
My son tugged the interior handle too hard this morning and it now just flops in and out.

Kids eh. ....
