W205 C63s Service History Acceptable ?

The question was not should he stick to service requirement....but rather (in this instance) would, having missed the correct interval for plugs, diff and trans oil, it affected the car on any way.....the answer to which is a resounding no as it's only done 16,000 miles.
 
Only if the owner is brain dead and is not aware of what exactly is required.

Disagree - plenty of people buy high performance or other higher end cars new, run them for two or three years and get a new one. They either don’t care or have bigger things to think about.

There’s plenty out there who don’t care about service requirements, running cars in or warm-up/cool down.

Exactly this. Those people usually have money to burn, so are unconcerned about minor things like having to buy another car if something major goes wrong.
