W205 Handfree Boot Access

Hi,

I've been experiencing an issue with my W205 handsfree access. It's been happening for sometime now, it used to work on and off but now it doesn't seem to work. I've attached a YouTube link below and I hope someone can help me with it or advice me on how to reset it.

have you cleaned the sensors under the bumper ?

You are moving your foot too fast for the sensor, try moving it from R to L, nearer the Rear Valance, Slower and Deliberately! It's a Knack!

Hahah honestly I’ve tried everything - I even tried speaking to it

Ive tried the way to do it when it was working but still nothing

have you cleaned the sensors under the bumper ?

Where would I find this sensor? I’m not too sure which sensor it is under the bumper and where to find it?

I have looked under the bumper and I don’t see any sensor.

Ok for the first time in many many months it worked but i don’t know how to get it to work every time so I know it’s working the sensor. But not sure exactly on how make it consistently work
