W210 catalyst failure

Starting to get a tinny rattle from the cat area at startup on my 1998 W210 E320 V6 - assume its a cat on the way out.

I've found a few price quotes around £300 delivered for a Bosal part so doesn't seem quite so bad - this part http://www.leisureshack.co.uk/E320---W210-3-2-Saloon-10-95-99_13084.aspx seems to fit - can anybody comment if this seems to cover it ? It is just one part ? Any experiences with Bosal exhausts / cats ?

Have a look on e bay or google merc cats £225 springs to mind.

As aftermarket Bosal are IMO one of the better companys, normally a good fit.
