Hi Everyone,
I have a suspension problem with my Merc E320 cdi W210 Saloon Elegance model. On driving over broken potholes and bad roads or on fast sweeping turns, every now and then the front and rear right end (front right mudgard & rear right mudgard) hits the road, i.e. the car bottoms out. This is not a problem at all on the left side of the vehicle.
After putting up with this issue for over an year I decided over the weekend to replace all 4 shocks and springs. Now that they have been replaced it still suffers from the same problem, although the ride is much better damped now.
What do you guys think I need to look at next to stop the right hand side of the car bottoming out? Your informed opinion will be much appreciated.
Kind Regards,
mhb07189
