Guys all wiring removed bolts are off the fuel rail but neither injectors or fuel rail is coming off? What am i missing?

Lift the inlet manifold off with the fuel rail attached

Hi justin the inlet manifold is off together with injectors and rail. I need to take off so i can split the manifold.

They are very tight. I use a small lever and lever them up gently.

I got the fuel rail off but still couldn't get the injectors out so i used a small 8mm socket with an extention bar on and tapped them out. All are out now.
