Hi - I have been through the usual well-documented problems with the reversing lights on my 98 E Class Estate and thought that I had sorted them out - I had almost 6 months with no problems.
Now, the problem has returned with a vengeance - not only no lights but no power to the bulb holders so it looks like the problem may be in a connector down steam of the lights themselves. However, before I start ripping off the trim to try and track down the connectors, does anyone have any idea where I should start to look - I thought that there must be a connector near the rear door to allow the door to be changed or removed but have no ideas beyond that. Grateful for any help out there - I have stripped and checked the reversing light switch and it works fine - the fuse is also fine.
Many thanks in hope!
Peter
