W211 Audio 20

Is the Audio 20-cd to audio 20-6 disc with bluetooth a straight swap ?
Also i would like to add a phone kit so i think i need the bluetooth antenna and mic cables etc, does anybody know where to get them from ?

It isn't exactly a straight swap but not far from that (a lot easier than other W211 head units).

Whatever you do, do not just plug the new unit in, you will probably damage it because the power, earth and other pin outs are different.

You will need a loom adapter kit which provides all the parts including bluetooth antenna/mic.
