W211 bi-xenon fault

I've got a 2006 W211 320CDI which had bi-xenon headlamps fitted from new. I crunched it in Jan. The garage needed to replace the full o/s headlamp unit. All went fine for a couple of months, until the new headlamp failed. Merc Dealer swapped the unit under warranty as they had supplied the part. All went fine for a further month, until the next headlamp unit failed. Merc Dealer swapped the unit under warranty, but is getting fed up and will not repeat this if the fault recurs.

Any clues what might be causing this??

No light from the o/s headlamp. near side headlamp and both side lights all ok.

This has just happened to me 6 weeks after having a new unit fitted in similar circumstances. Did you get any resolution?
