w211 E270 cdi 2004 temp sensor

Hi all my w211 show in dash 85 celcius from outside temp.Even when i remove the temp sensor doesn't change anything.the same thing does coolant sensor in dash "coolant check level" but level its ok.i dont't know what to do .

anyone know what does this mean ???please help ????
