Out of interest, is it possible to test, or see, whether the actuator is functioning? Likewise, what about the IPS motor?

I've seen a few exchange ones from turbo specialists. Looking at about 120 for a refurbished one in exchange for yours. Are they easy to fit? Looks fairly easy to get to.
