W211 Lost Key

Hi

Does anyone know the cost of the key for a 2004 E320? I am currently using the spare as I have lost it.

Also is there a need for the locks and ignition to be changed to prevent someone from taking the car or is their a way for the dealer to block the lost key.

The lost key can be blocked by a dealer or anyone with a Star.

A new key is about £250

Thnaks for the info, I will give the delaer a call in the morning. Also is there a charge for the lost key to be blocked?
