W212 2009 - Which comand?

Hi guys,

I am just trying to do a bit of homework before buying the above.

I am looking at a 59 plate E350cgi which has the comand. What I cannot establish is which version it will be.

the consensus seems to be either an NTG2.5 or the newer NTG4. Does anybody have any clues?

What I do know is that the car has the 4gb drive, and not the larger 6gb of the later models, and also has the pcmcia slot as opposed to sd.

If you are wondering why I care, it relates to the Media Interface Plus and compatibility. The car has the media interface, and I am extremely keen to get hold of one of the MIPs.

Yes - that figures as I understood that the NTG 2.5 was the all in one jobbie as opposed to the separate screen.

Next step is to establish compatibility with the Media Interface Plus!
