W212 audio20 NTG4 to audio20 NTG4,5

Hello!

Is it possible to upgrade W212 with year code 801 from audio 20 NTG4 to audio 20 NTG4,5?
I have bought already docking station for Becker map pilot. I was not so awake when buying this package (equipment code 508). Now when i have made some research it seems that this is not possible to retrofit to my car.
This becker map pilot craddle and becker map pilot is for audio 20 NTG4,5 not NTG4

Please help me!

Why not go to COMAND NTG4. In W212 NTG4 supports 7 digit postcode. By the time you've worked out how to fit NTG4.5 Audio 20, bought a Becker map pilot and the retrofit wiring and cradle its going to be a load and the COMAND is nicer.

How big this work is and what I do need to buy and change?

Problem solved for my point of view... I bought and installed Comand NTG4 system to my car. Only gps antenna and air stuff missing still. It was quite easy to install, bigger job is to retrofit gps antenna later, when i get it.

Do you guys know how big job is to get instrument panel work with Navi, now it is still uncoded, only comand works as navi device. Do I need official coding in local Mercedes dealer or is there some other way to do it? I have Star system (offline version)

Hi guys I've recently purchased a head unit from a brokers yard, is anybody able to retrieve the security code from this please or does somebody know anybody who can?
