W212 E250 Estate common problems?

Hi everyone, some of you may remember my post a while back where I was searching for an E class, it was a E350 I was looking at, but nothing has come along until now. A nice E250 estate has come up at Mercland with a full MB history. Going to have a look later today or tomorrow morning.

Any big problems with this engine I need to be aware of? I've read the estates come with air suspension and that can be problematic?

I`m a bit late but<

Rear sub frame & brake pipes behind N/S Front wheel + stance. Does it sit level?

Car looks ok though.
