w212 e300 vs e250 suspension hub

I have a E250 w212 2012 and a second front wheel bearing has melted down in two weeks so decided to replace hub assembly ..does anyone know if im able to use the hub assembly off a w212 300 hybrid from 2010 ..they look identical but would rather be certain before I purchase it .thanks
