W212 - Remove c-piller

Could anyone please provide instructions on how to remove the c-piller for the 2013 e-class W212?

Won't the roof go all flappy if you take out the C pillar ?

Might find you have a few problems in the event of a rollover too ?

What will hold the rear window in ?

Dude I am hoping he is talking about removing the interior trim
