W219 boot problem

Hi everyone ,, the boot on my w219 pops open on the key button but does not raise, also not lower, doing this manually I don't know if I put extra pressure on the hinge arm and it broke right on the spring holder, don't hear any noise from the motor , so is it a connection, all the wired look fine to the little box that I think is the controller? So I now have two problems, need to fix the motor and then attach a new hinge arm, any ideas please
