W221 2008 S320 Airmatic Rear Suspension shock

Hi,

One of the shocks on my car is dogey so I need to replace it,

I order a rear shock (passenger side) but the shock that needs to be replaced is drivers side rear, i bought off a scrap yard and I was told that the rear shocks on the s-class are interchangable.

Is this correct, I had a quick look at the shock and it looks like it will only fit one side.

what makes you think the shock is a bit dodgy. I dont think they are interchangeable however I am sure someone else will come along soon to confirm
