W230 Wing mirror removal

Hi All,

As the title sugests I need to change a wing mirror on my 2001 C200 Komp firstly how do I go around removing it and secondly can I go for the face lifted mirrors?

Assuming that you mean W203 and not W230...

Remove the door interior trim panel to disconnect the electrical connector from the control unit and then fold the mirror in to access three retaining screws.

Can't help with the suitability of facelift mirrors, but would think they are the same fixings.
