Anyone got one for sale? Original is a Bosch and I believe a 55Amp jobbie

its very cheap from euro car parts - about £50. Same as mine on my 123...

Why not just contact your local reconditioner. Whatever it needs wil be cheaper than a new one.

yes the brushes are about 50p from the dealer, this will prob be your problem.

Thanks for the advice. Euro parts want £100, local recon want £120. Alternator functioning ok but bearings knackered.

?????? Had some advice that it may not be alternator bearings but belt tensioner shock asorber

Changed tensioner damper, noise better but still notchy rattle coming from alternator region which is becoming more pronounced. Anybody recommend somewhere that can do a recon alternator cheap?
