Thought I would update this thread as I have been busy making a spray head for the Waxoyle kit. I have never been really happy with the spray pattern on the lance so I tried a new method. The tube you see is 4mm diameter so it can get anywhere there is a 4mm hole as an entry point.
The spray head is a tight push fit into the pipe and gives an almost 360 degree pattern... its difficult to photograph, this was a very quick burst! If I put it in a large plastic bottle I can see that it is coating the inside really well so I am confident that inside sills and chassis members its doing its job!
