We went on a wet handling day yesterday and enjoyed it but not the sort of thing id do again although mrs marty learnt some new things.

General skid safety with the ESP on and off and ended the day with a spot of drifting..... accelerate to 34mph-off the throttle to throw the weight to the front of the car-turn in-floor it while steering opposite lock and hold it !! sounds easy but I was useless. I tried Auto,1st gear, starting in W mode and most times I would spin...too much power or not enough:o

Chadski on the other hand may of done this before:)

I did the AMG experience at MB world last week.. I managed 1.5 laps drifting on my first attempt.... so much fun!

I did that in a CLS63. With the ESP turned off it was best described as interesting.

Took me a while to work out damn wet circle has two surfaces at different points: 1) very slippery and 2) very very slippery indeed.

i did my first bit of merc sideways driving in the wet yesterday..... unintentionally round a roundabout!!
