yeah does look a bit out of line, but im sure its an easy fix.

im not after a fast sports car (i have my bikes for that) but some people say they are well under powered with only 134bhp. are they that bad ? I don't drive my cars fast anyway, its not worth the grief I get off the Mrs

Nice car, and for a diesel it will pull just fine, I tend to pootle around in the car, the SL 500 has plenty of grunt but a little wasted on me as i too have my two wheeled toys for more 'spirited' driving

0 to 60 in 9.5 ....hmm... long time since I've driven any thing that slow tbh....depends what you want from a car...it will be fine as relaxed cruiser....but might not live up to the sport tag.

yeah im not after anything quick, but I don't want a car that'll struggle with its weight and to avoid hills !!!!

Unless loaded with 5 big blokes and a boot full, the torque will carry you along and up hills fine.
And then, if needed, the final 40% of engine power we rarely ever make a request of, will be there for you.

For day to day travelling, most on here, myself included, carry waaaay more power than is needed.

And you will see north of 50mpg on a run
The 250 would be the sweet spot, but the 200 will be absolutely fine
I have been in a long range airport car E200 and it was nigh on perfect for that
