what can i do about these ***holes

So.. i had to go to some jazz concert thing for a school project.. i looked and looked for parking, but the only last resort was valet.. so i went ahead and went with the valet.. so for some reason they adjusted my seat, mirrors, and the radio station was left changed.. but other than that what really pisses me off is my odo reset button was pressed, and my tires smelled like burnt rubber, and when i looked at my brake they were glowing red.. so they must have driven around with the parking brake around.. i went crazy and complained the most i can.. but their manager just gave me a "dgaf" answer.. and i threw a bigger tantrum until yes i was escorted by security.. what can i do about this?

But if US law is still anything like UK law you should a) make sure your facts stand up - were the brakes actually 'glowing red', for example - that would only normally last for a few seconds even assuming they heated up that much and b) just do a self check that you won't be more embarrassed by reports of your behaviour than he will by reports of his...

I always make a note of my total milage when I hand my keys over. Call me suspicious, but better safe than sorry. Name and shame sounds a good idea though.
