What is this Radiator for?

Folks,

Does anyone know what this radiator does? That's the 8" square one to the left of the picture. On EPC it's called a "Low Temperature Radiator" Part number: A203501 01 01 ...

Transmission fluid coolers are that size/shape. If that it what it is, then you have separate transmission fluid and engine coolant radiators. And you are probably all the better for it.
 
Would "Low Temperature Radiator" not equate to air conditioning condenser? only other possibility is an oil cooler but from its construction looks like an air con rad.
 
some cooler device related to hydraulic steering plant?
 
The small "radiator" is the auto transmission heat exchanger (cooler) and the other black pipe is the power steering fluid cooler.
