Wheel Woolies

Isnt this just a bit of sheepskin on the end of a stick?

£38  I think the decimal point is in the wrong place.

These detailing suppliers prices are becoming ridiculous. A bottle of car 'product' used to be £3.99 from your local motorfactor.

I now see detailing resellers selling small bottles of some new wonder stuff with a £25 price tag and presented in a 10p generic plastic bottle with an Avery label stuck on the side that looks like it has been produced in a garden shed using a blend of products from under the kitchen sink.

I thought detailers understood presentation?

I have had a set of wheel woollies for about a year now and I have to say they are brilliant. They might be expensive at £38 but so far they have lasted much better than any other wheel brush I have used and they are much better and easier to use.

+1

I have them too and they do the jobs other brushes cannot reach!!

If you want a cheaper way and can cope with one size they sell individual ones with a bend in the handle.

I use a large head tooth brush soft bristle £0.99 for 3 from Aldi, For £33 I can get 100 tooth brushes. £33 I didn't pay that for my first car :D

Are these that good? Was thinking of purchasing as currently i use the autogylm wheel brush and it does take ages to clean multi spoke alloys!

For a cheaper alternative you can get microfibre wheel brushes alot cheaper.

I have all 4 of the wheel woollies. The biggest one gets the most use and lasts about 18months. But then that's commercial use. The rest of them never get tired out so thumbs up from me. Elite car care does them and remember, you guys get discount from them:) remember our studio/shop is walk ins too, so if your ever near maidenhead then pop in. Alex always does great 'walk in' deals:)
