Which and How Much oil for a 2013 250 CDI

Guys

Quick question how many litres would it take for a full oil change on a C250 CDI Blue Efficiency AMG Sport Plus and what would you receommend on the oil to use?

Its for my friends car that is going in for a service this week, which the garage has agreed he can supply his own oil

Can also enter the car or reg on the Shell website for some Helix, only oil I've used that an oil burner doesn't burn.

But if on a budget then yes Mobil or Castrol will do..
