Which mobile?

I have a nokia 735 awesome phone, the key for me was the comparison of hardware vs price of the windows phone. The windows 735 sim-free is £170, the iphone is £600.

it really does depend how much you want to spend.

Their are only a couple of apps missing that I actually want (strava & steam) but all the main usual apps are present. Some of the apps are actually better, ive not seen the new iOS interface for myfitnesspal but the windows phone version is 1000x's better than the version i had on my iphone.

ETA - If you want to try a lumia then give one of the £45 or £60 ones a shot see how you get on.

ETFA as i fail at reading - If work are supplying it, id ask around your new colleagues see what they suggest, if your receiving emails etc, then they might have a better idea of which phones are best for your role, if you get what i mean.

Thanks again folks.

I've taken the iPhone 5S for now as we already have it.

Once Windows 10 comes out, I will plump for a Lumia I think.

This company thinks nothing of buying you a phone and if you don't get on with it, you can get a different one (they are not tied in to the contract).

Money is no object to a point.

One colleague has an iPhone, one has a Lumia (not sure which one) and one an iPhone 6. Not sure about the other colleagues yet but will ask in due course.

Mrs JB has a Lumia 635 and is very happy with it and I've had a go - so I think I will run with that.

If I find it lacking later on, I will try one of the Samsungs I think.
