It could be one of the mechanics who declined having their info on the Performance Lounge site.
Whoever built your engine, their surname ends in .....ovic looking at the plaque you posted. Hope you find who it was anyway.

No but if you really want to know who built your engine, then you could try contacting AMG directly or via the AMG Private Lounge, to see if they have kept build records for your engine.
