Tell him that you find it hard to believe that he could part with such an expensive car to a shipping agent without keeping copies of the details of the car.

Also tell him that you have already booked tickets to come over to see the car.

Send him a mail sayimg the shipping agent seems to be acceptable to you, and that you would like to complete the transaction. Then after a few days email him saying that you want to complete the transaction but before sending the full asking rpice, that you need £100 sent to your paypal account to confirm their financial details/credibilty!, it would be great if you could turn the scam around on them and get some cash out of them!!!

I know someone who got caught in exactly this way, buying a cheap caravan from Greece. The shipping website had a tracking feature, and once caught (50% depsit) the website disappeared overnight.
