The guy did a diagnostic and it seemed to be a low voltage that cause the lighting to stop working. He erased the fault and all working well once again.
Well Tom I do not have a problem with my ambient lighting, but both my post and AMGeed was all about there has been loads of times where a op has found a solution and then we do not hear what has happened.
My 2019 E300 (W213) just got An Ambient problem this evening, All my doors ambient lights are off, but the ambient on the dashboard and the one around the console works, Only the door ones are off. Any help?

Did you ever get this sorted?? As I have what’s possibly the same - I got a 2022 a class back in May, everything was fine when got it and ever since but then i got in last night and whilst the dashboard and vents are lit up, i noticed ambient lights on both front door panels, front and back door cup/pocket and front cup holders not working…
And no idea where to go from here - maybe separate fuse for those bits if anyone knows where I find fuse box (maybe under bonnet near battery?). Then also i knocked something under the car mounting a kerb few days back if that could’ve caused anything like this?
The car engine data display shows voltage still up at like 14.8V when engine running
