will my W124 make it?

well, this "epic trip" (which i've started to annoy my wife by calling it) is this friday.

i've not really had the chance to do as much on the 124 as i'd hoped due to the 107 restoration taking all of my time up, but i've recently;

- change engine oil - 3k ago
- checked gearbox fluid and its spot on
- checked brakes to be good and plenty of miles left in them
- checked all fluids to be fine
- checked towbar and replaced bolts
- balljoint been replaced

+ various checks on the caravan aswell as normal.

You need to check the wife and the kids, they will be more trouble than the car!!

you must know them. hehe, hopefully the kids will be fast asleep most of the journey and maybe also the wife!

i do about 1600km round trip every month to see my girlfriend in my w124, never skipped a beat...

well the W124 did make it!

no problems whatsoever!
