They certainly look like the standard facelift W210 16" alloys which should have an ET41. Originally they would probably have had a polish rim (pre refurb).
Yep they will fit as they are the original avantgarde 210 series facelift alloys and as High-Lo has mentioned when new they would have had a polished lip but these must have been refurbed so they have lost the polished lip. They do have very good tyres also, Pirelli P6000 tyres very good they are have them myself
