Hi All

Apppologies if I have posted this to the wrong forum, on my C220 W203 one of the nozzle on windscreen washer is blocked, I tried opening that with the thin needle but no luck.

My question is which part astually do I need to replace it and how easy it is?

Left side both work just on the right side one is blocked.

Thanks in advance

Many thanks
Salman

I just managed to break the tip of the needle about half a centimeter inside the nozzle, is that going to cause any damage to the system?

The last thing I would expect is that the needle damages the washer system any suggestion guys?

It’s probably not blocked but the tube that feeds the nozzle has become detached. The broken needle tip may be squirted out of the nozzle when the tube is reattached, a strong magnet might also extract the pin from the nozzle.

It's working absolutely fine now I think pin worked but it went inside the pipe now unfortunately.

Sensible advice Dec. In my experience that needle wont come back out now because there is not enough pressure. You wont cause any damage to the system but that nozzle will not work now. You can just replace the nozzle.

I always use an old bit of "G" string from my guitar.
It's just the right size and won't break.
