Windows 10 tablet

I've just been given a Win 10 tablet & number 1 son has set it up.
Unfortunately he has set a PIN to be used each time the machine is switched on.
Is there any way to disable this requirement?

He has probably used the option to use a pin instead of a password.
Go to Settings> Accounts> look at the sidebar on the left and go to Sign in Options and disable the pin option and choose your own p/w instead.

Well it worked for a while
I had to change my e-mail password (thanks Amazon) and it affected the log in to the tablet.
On turning it on it now gives a network error message then wants me to sign in.
I've gone back to the u-tube link posted before but that doesn't work now.
Any pointers to fresh instructions?

Think I've done it
Run - netplwiz - check box for users need to enter name & password - select account to be used - un-check box for users need to enter name & password - then enter password where prompted twice
