I know that trojanhunter 4.6 removes it but its not free.

I know that trojanhunter 4.6 removes it

The latest TrojanHunter Ruleset updates for 4.6 detects most of the Vundo variants but it only removes the simplest. This is because of the way the program lodges itself in the Windows registry, where it respawns and allows other nasties in. It might look like it's gone but it is sometimes only the detectable part you have disabled
