A collegue of my Fathers hit a cow and wrote the car off, and I nearly hit a whole herd as they were let out of a gate to cross the road.

We sometimes get woodpigeons fly into our patio doors. They make a hell of a bang and leave a big outline.

Unfortunately a couple of birds have not lived to try stunt flying again..

Its more common than you think. My brother in laws car was hit by a buffalo a few months back. I think he was in a safari park at the time though.
