Hi all,
I have been having the usual W202 problem of difficult starting due to air getting into the fuel lines and allowing the diesel to flow back to the tank overnight.
Usual thing, park it with the nose pointing downhill and it will start fine.
I have replaced all the clear plastic fuel...
I know this has been asked before but please humour me:D. I've the C63 booked in this Tuesday too have the Milltek secondary catalyst bypass fitted (anything too look out for when it's being fitted?:dk:)? I've been told I would be better getting a remap done at the same time but am a little...
Had the Milltek Cat Bypass fitted at the weekend, and wow! I should've had it done sooner!
I don't know if I'm being paranoid but I'm sure I can hear a ticking noise now when I accelerate or lift off the throttle, when I'm next to a walled street etc. I can't work out if I'm just hearing...
Is there any way to bypass the alternator charge light just for diagnosis purposes?
I found this on Benzworld but it seems a little too simplistic and I wouldn't want to blow anything

Hi
I have a 2015 W212 E220 AMG Night Edition Estate that has been in a collision. I purchased it minus the front bumper. Having mad a start on the cosmetic repairs it refuses to start calling out the collision prevention sensor.. This I don't have and have been told it is available only from...
I'm fitting a towbar this weekend, all looks pretty straight forward only bit I'm not sure on is connecting up the electrics.
I have a bypass relay which all looks easy to fit apart from where should the power source come from. I'm wondering should I run a cable from the battery? or is there...

Please help-
On my CLK W209, on the ECU, the previous owner has CUT two wires and bridged a resistor across it. (see pictures)
(I'm guessing to tell the ECU that the said electrical component is "working" perfectly and putting out said resistance)
I was told car has been re-mapped...
Hi all, just bought my new SLK55 amg and as I am sure you know when you plant it something in the exhaust opens.
My question is can you open these valves all the time and do you get the noise all the time and if so what do you do:bannana:
Hi All,
I am sure this is probably a Repost but I couldn't find anything as I am a bit of a Noob at Forums!
Couple Questions!
I am thinking of buying the Miltek Secondary Cat Bypass off Ebay, Does anyone have this on there car? Does it make much of a difference in how loud it is...
Hello and thank you to anyone who reads this and may be able to point me in the right direction.
I have a late 1994 S500 ( UK car ) with the 1 button keyfob ( only one working ) which as it gets older, worries me more about future electrical headaches. I realise I should when I recommission the...
Hi All,
I am looking to remove the secondary cats on my c63 and replacing them with milltek bypass pipes. Wondering if something like that needs to be declared to the insurance at all? the second cats as far i know dont do much?

Hi, i have posted on here a couple of times. Is there anyone on here that can make up the circuit for the EGR cut off for a 2003 CLK 270? or and fit for me. happy to pay, thanks in advance. Martin
Would like to fee the car properly go through each gear from a crop, instead of the sluggish 2nd gear take-off. Any clever advise of how to have the car start from 1st gear every time?
Thanks.
Hi all, any advice on fitting an exhaust bypass pipe similar to the image: it's a basic y pipe that fits inline with the standard exhaust system with the leg venting to atmosphere. If it's too loud or not to liking the leg and be blanked off or replace the whole pipe with a straight to go back...
Hey folks,
Looking for anyones feedback on the Milltek secondary cat bypass pipes for the C63.
Looks like the standard exhaust and cats will need to be cut to accommodate the bypass pipes.
My car is on PCP so would of course be looking to return this in a few years time with the standard...
Having had the cats removed from my w140, it would seem to make sense to also bypass the air pump, which is now even more pointless than before, and just sitting there waiting to seize up and ruin my day.
EPC has 2 V belts listed for the m120.982 engine, one 2585mm and the other 2523mm, so I...
Just got the car back from an initila check at a dealer, aside from the front bearing and a few bits (front anti roll bar+ bushes) we are in good shape. However the guys pointed out that the oil cooler had been bypassed with a simple link across the box, with the original pipes simply cut off...
Did the EGR bypass about 6 months ago and can report that this has been successful, apart from one issue.
My ML is driven fairly gently around the local country roads, and the turbo can be heard faintly in the background.
If I give it some sustained wellie, like to pass a slow bus on a steep...
